James Timbrook
Director of Special Projects
James has a B.S. in business management from Indiana University. He has 23 years of management and supervision experience as well as over 20 years of experience in industrial fluid purification technologies including centrifugation, vacuum dehydration, and distillation. As Director of Special Projects with Trucent, James is responsible for the implementation of new projects, retention of current customers, overseeing operations, and working on developing new technologies and applications with both the engineering and research and development departments.
Lauren Kennard CPA
Corporate Controller
Joining the company in 2012, Lauren Kennard oversees the accounting and finance functions of Trucent and its foreign and domestic subsidiaries. Lauren leverages her accounting experience and deep knowledge of the company to help support Trucent’s aggressive growth strategy and provide strategic reports to the company’s leadership.
Stephanie Frescoln
Director of Human Resources
With over fifteen years of experience in human resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Michigan, Stephanie creates a positive recruiting and onboarding process, establishes competitive benefit programs, and strives to provide opportunities for career development and growth. She has a passion for workforce strategy and planning, and training and development, with a firm belief that a company is only as good as the people who represent it.
